Infrastructure

Cocoa Beach’s infrastructure, particularly our sewage and stormwater systems, is in dire need of attention. Tim supports necessary investments to repair and upgrade these systems, ensuring the safety and sustainability of our city.

Responsible Development

While Cocoa Beach is largely built out, Tim supports revitalizing key areas that need improvement. He opposes high rises but advocates for developments that respect our city’s character and enhance its beauty.

Public Safety

Tim believes that maintaining strong police, fire, and emergency services is essential for a safe and secure Cocoa Beach. He opposes efforts to defund these critical services and supports finding new revenue sources, like a modest bed tax on visitors, to fund our needs without burdening residents.

Tourism and Economic Growth

Tim recognizes the importance of tourism to our economy but believes that we must also invest in the infrastructure and services needed to support our visitors without compromising the quality of life for residents.
